While we welcome the interest of children under the age of thirteen (13) in the Folded Flag Foundation scholarship program, the Foundation requires that a parent or guardian complete and submit the scholarship forms on behalf of the child. Personal information provided on the scholarship forms will not be used for any other purpose.
