Thank you to everyone who helped make 2022 a great year for The Folded Flag Foundation. With the support from generous donors like you, we were able to raise over $5 million for our nation’s Gold Star Families, and awarded 754 scholarships for the 2022-23 school year.

Both of our annual events, Rock Creek Cattle Company’s Food, Wine and Arts Festival and our Salute to Service Gala were big successes raising both awareness and crucial funding for our annual scholarship program. Last year’s “March to a Million” campaign also exceeded its goal and continues to gain traction. Thank you to all of our supporters and a big thank you to O’Charley’s and Ninety-Nine Restaurants that donated $750,000 at the end of the year.

The need for educational scholarships and support grants for the spouses and children of our fallen servicemembers continues to grow. With your help, we can help even more Gold Star families. Consider making a donation on our website.

Marching into the Future

For 2023, we are excited to continue growing the foundation and our fundraising efforts. We anticipate we will award even more scholarships for the 2023-24 to Gold Star spouses and children from across the nation. To energize our fundraising, we are rolling out a new capital campaign, “Marching into the Future.” We hope you will join us in our commitment to our Gold Star Families. We continue to march with our nation’s Gold Star Families and hope you will too. Stay tuned for updates on our new campaign and other exciting fundraising events.

With your donation, you can help the children and spouses of fallen servicemembers as they go Marching Into the Future.
